They make sure that our atmosphere is clean, stocked, and ready for business.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest.
Ensure cleanliness of the dining room, lobby and service areas.
Fill water glasses and address needs requested by servers and customers, when applicable.
Qualifications:
Must have basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
Work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
Be able to safely lift up to 20 to 25 pounds.
